Dr. Diana C. Parry is an internationally recognized expert in gender studies, health sciences, sexuality, and wellness. With over 25 years of experience spanning academia, industry, technology and, community, Diana brings a rare blend of research rigour, strategic vision, and cultural fluency to every engagement.

She founded GenderIQ Consulting after recognizing a growing need: organizations were hungry for equity-driven insight, but lacked access to expertise rooted in both scholarship and real-world experience. Through her work, Diana helps clients close that gap—offering customised, high-impact consulting that transforms values into action and insight into profit.
